We are currently looking for a Dispatching Supervisor and Food Dispatcher who will be responsible to ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications. You will be responsible to keep orders flowing from the kitchen to the bike drivers.
Receive orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
Monitor progress of the food order and ensure that the kitchen puts out the dishes according to the ticket’s specifications.
Check the orders and dispatch orders for deliveries.
Ensure speed, and accuracy in dispatching food orders.
Verify food order for deliver by matching bills and reconciling quantities while noting discrepancies.
Responsible on packing precisely based on the customer’s orders.
Examine the food items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
Checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
Monitor sanitation and proper temperatures while additional requirement is prepared.
Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or High School Graduate
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in F&B industry
Must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
Must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
